What the fuck is the point of this? If you are the home team you have no reason to have a single name on the jersey. the fans should know your name, especially in basketball when you are limited to like 11 people on a team. Beside the point, names on jerseys is tacky as hell.

When the NHL mandated that names had to be put on jerseys, the Leafs put white names on the white sweaters and blue names on the blue. The next year the rulebook mandated constrasting colors.

they're just a part of the pro atmosphere, but college is supposed to be about playing with a team and representing a school, not playing for your own personal glory...
