I'm not sure I want to live in Durham so CLOSE by...
But I definitely want a 1 Bedroom...
I'm looking to not spend more than 600-700 for EVERYTHING. Internet, Utilities, Rent, etc.
Please help.

Where in Durham?
I live in the Cary Pkwy/Chapel Hill Rd area and it probably takes like 15 mins to get to downtown Durham... There are plenty of apts in the area. I pay $505 and am thrilled with it..

Oh I drive by there every day on the way to work... Looks like a nice place... I work in Morrisville right now but it's probably soon going to change to the Durham area...
Guess Rd if this works out.
What do you pay for everything combined... if you don't mind me asking... $505 is great for rent though. 4/17/2006 12:10:17 PM |

Hmm.. lets see.
505 rent 35 power (I never used heat/AC though) 15 trash,water,sewage 114 cable/internet (i have the hd package though and everything) 40 cell phone
less then 700...
The only problem is the 1 BRs are $600/month right now but they are ALWAYS fluctuating. Less then a month ago they were $460.. Mine is pretty big too.. 745 sq ft.
Maybe Briar Creek has some apts that are in your price range too?

Off 40 take the 54 exit towards durham. Down on the right shortly before you get to the eckerds is an apartment complex that has some nice 1 bedroom apartments that should be in your range. Its probably equal distance to the 751 exit off 40 and near southpoint mall and all the south durham stuff. I dated a girl there, they were really nice a few years ago. 4/18/2006 10:41:55 AM |

Oh I decided against it in Jan -- Good thing too because two weeks later, my car died and so I just made a great down payment. 4/18/2006 12:22:21 PM |
