No joke. Moving to Raleigh in June/July and am looking for a reasonably priced Studio or 1 BR apartment around campus (within 1/2 mile). A dishwasher and washer dryer (or hookups) would be nice. Must have parking for a trailer. Somewhat respectable residents a must. Close to a grocery store helps too. Looking to spend about $500/mo. I have already heard about Western Manor.
Please post websites if they are available. If I chose the apartment you list, I will Paypal you $20. 4/18/2006 12:18:46 PM |

I have a 1 bedroom for sublease. I think it fits most of your requirements - there aren't any washer/dryer hook ups but there is a laundry room. 4/18/2006 12:35:42 PM |

When I lived there in a two bedroom about a year ago, it was $600. The 1 bedroom was like $450-500. Its on the wolfline, has W/D. 4/18/2006 1:02:57 PM |
