I am an engineer, and not familiar with the business classes. I want to learn more on investing and owning commercial property. Which classes are the best for these interests? I was going to make them Audit since they would take up too much time to study for.

bus320 is financial management, i've heard bus225 is also real applicable to money management and investing but i haven't taken it

go for BUS 225 first. you need pre-reqs of accounting and econ before BUS 320, but there are no pre-reqs for 225. And, the professor is into real estate as well.
