I'm looking for a place to stay either in May or in August. I would prefer to stay in a house around the Trailwood/Lineberry area. Also, I'd like it to be less than $400 a month if possible.

Its not really by Trailwood exactly... But definately by campus... 250 a month room in house, pretty much your own bathroom. On Clark...
