The room is pretty big.. I am able to fit a full sized bed, futon, 2 dressers, and a tv and I still have a ton of space. It does have a private bathroom, and it is big. The living room/kitchen/dining area is also very big. I am not sure on the exact dimensions, but I could get them for you
