Knowing how to charge it won't help you unless you know how to fix the leak that caused the refrigerant to leak out. Many small fridges don't have ports that allow for recharging, some do though. List the firdge make and model and I'll check to make sure that you can even by the refrigerant without a license.

The product description says CFC free with leads me to believe that is uses R-134a which you can readily buy.

Now for the important question: why does it need charging? Does it have a leak? Do you not know if it has a leak?

If it has a leak, it will need to be repaired before it can be charged. Otherwise, your refirgerant will just leak out again. I can get you the stuff to charge the thing, that doesn't cost a whole lot of money. However, repairing a leak will involve brazeing tools, specialized silver solder, and someone with the skills to find and fix the leak. I can find and fix a leak with the right tools. However, I don't keep my HVAC tools in raleigh, and I don't trust myself to braze lines as delicate as the ones on a small fridge. I'd probably mess up and burn clear through a line. Your best bet would be to find your local HVAC service technician and ask if he's up for a side project.

Also, make sure you can even refill the thing. Look for ports like the ones in the pictures below. I've taken the examples from a car, but you should get the idea of what you're looking for.

i would suggest not refilling this yourself only cuz i have seen several car a/c's messed up b/c there wasnt the correct amount (mainly to much) of refigerant put in

however R-134a is pretty cheap so if its yourself or nothin then go ahead
