is there an adaptor to turn one of the small stereojacks into one that i can plug normal headphones into?


and by small i mean the size of cell phone jacks and by normal headphones i mean the type you would plug into a walkman

ones like that arent good because they put a lot of force and stress on the 3/32" jack

find one that has a piece of wire between the male and female ends

just stack some books or something under the jack

well, what i really want it for is to use my cell phone i'm getting as an mp3 player, but i want to use the headphones i already have.

hmm.. I'm thinkin' youll have problems with the jack constantly falling out of the hole with all that weight. You can tape it on there, clip your cell phone upside down and rubber band the wire to the phone to give it some slack, or you can splice and make hybrid headphones
