(I strongly suggest that you do not read this and check the movie out yourself, because it is truly an amazing movie, but I knew the ending before I saw the movie and it made the ending not quite as good for me as I know it would have been if I didn't know what was going to happen. but it was still an amazing movie)




































ok this policeman dood goes to this island to investigate the disappearance of a little girl. everyone acts all strange thruout the movie and he soon finds out theat they are some crazy pagan religion and he sees a bunch of naked chicks dancing and weird shit happening everywhere, and he is not making very much progress in the disappearance.

so he eventually finds out about a big festival coming up where there will be a sacrifice, so he assumes the little missing girl will be the sacrifice

so the day of the festival rolls around and he gets in a costume and follows the crowd.

he sees the missing girl and follows her through some caves. so she runs out the back of the cave and u see her run to the leader of the town(who we met much earlier in film), at which point the policeman is apprehended and carried off to the wickerman and burned to death as the sacrifice, which he thought was supposed to be the little girl. so the whole disappearance was a plot to get him in position to be the sac at their big festival.

that scene scared the shit out of me.

I don't really think that Full Metal Jacket scene is top 20 material... if even worthy of mention. Great movie though.

That Poltergeist scene with the mom in the pool of bodies was scary... but her being thrown around her bedroom in her panties totally made up for that... and I still hadn't recovered from the clown scene at that point... but what about the Tree scene!!! I was scared of the trees in my backyard after seeing that. It was definitely more scary then the guys face melting in the mirror(which btw, where the hell is the first Indiana Jones?)
