My friend and I are signing a lease for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in Champion Court (walking distance to campus, across from Mission Valley behind Avent Ferry dorms). It is a spacious end unit, meaning no neighbors to one side, above or below, with a back patio.

Base rent is $825 + utilities. I am taking the master bedroom so I will pay a little more per month, you would be expected to pay about $265 plus a third of the utilities. We are very laid back guys, can get along with pretty much anybody. Landlord is also very flexible, YOU WILL NOT NEED TO SIGN A LEASE. Looking for a male or female roommate to stay through July and maybe a few days into August (details to come).
