I have a room avaliable for rent in a two bedroom apartment at the college inn. The rent is $605 per month and includes all utilities (internet, Cable w/ HBO, Electric, ect.) and parking. The room has access to private bathroom. Apartment also comes fully furnished. The apartment complex is conviently located right across from campus and is within walking distance to classes.
