From your experience, what are the cheapest ones that don't squeal all the damn time? Not asking for a price, but a brand.

depends on the application

i use carquest blues or advance silvers on most everything

but hondas squeal with non ceramics. plus other stuff where ceramic is OEM

yeah if you got honda genuine rotors antyhing non-ceramic will squeal. ive always either got honda genuine or if iwent the advance/autozone way to save money i went ahead and got some rotors. hawks supposed to be good.

the rotors are getting replaced too. The car has somewhere around 220,000 miles (not sure) so I sure as hell hope they aren't the original rotors. And they have like 1/8 in. lip around the edge.

autozone lifetime warrantee pads and 2 year warrantee rotors.

cant go wrong.

^actually its possible to do so

one time got some of those for a geo metro and the fuckers would not stop smoking and squealing for like over an hour. went back, got a different set on warranty, same fucking thing. dude was out of state, had to leave tht same night, went home squealing said they kept doing that for over a week.

out of my 4-5 hondas, mercedes, bmws, land rovers, ford aerostars, and god knows how many years ive been using advance/autozone parts, ive never had a prob.

Yep, them fuckers come coated with some corrosion inhibitor. Gotta wipe off with some brake cleaner or other solvent.

and then I notice that the caliper slides are screwed up. More money down the drain.
