Snow Patrol - Eyes Open

so i heard their new cd. i love it, and was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts. i think i like it better than Final Straw.

I have listened to it several times since I picked it up on Tuesday, and I have to say I'm enjoying it so far. I'm not sure if I'd rank it ahead of Final Straw yet, though. The first 5-6 tracks are really strong, then it kinda mellows for a couple of tracks before ending on a stronger note.

btw, did you notice the Sufjan Stevens shout out in Hands Open?

I really like Chasing Cars, Open Your Eyes, and It's Beginning to Get to Me.

i think i like final straw better, which is an improvement over nearly all of their really old stuff.

chasing cars is probably the strongest song on the album...would love to see them in concert to hear run and chocolate live.

that would be awesome
