Anybody heard about this technology? Apparently it's slated to come out in '07. Looks like it'll be pricey, but it also seems like it would have great picture and absurd contrast (100,000:1 according to one source). Only downside of it, as far as I can tell, is that there's a risk of screen burn-in, but it shouldn't be any worse than a CRT TV.

^^ That's inline with regular CRTs, IIRC. Modern plasmas are rated for 50% decrease every 60k hours, which is about 20 years, I think, using the TV 6 hours a day.
