Room available for summer or for permanent stay. $285/ mo. Plus utilities.

The room is in a three bedroom house. It has its own private half-bath. The house is incredibly close to campus, the bell tower is less than a block from the front door. The house has a washer and dryer. The utilities run around $60 a month. This includes electricity, water, gas, and high-speed internet.
