I wasn't really crazy about the course layout last time THSCC did an event at Danville. I'll be at the TSCC event at the Dixie Classic Fairgrounds in Winston-Salem on Sunday instead. Danville is a great location, but it's hard to beat Dixie's facilities. They have a very large grandstand for spectators.

Lotus is sponsoring the event, and will be bringing a couple of Elise's, and possibly an Exige....

i will personally guarantee that this will be one of the best courses our club has ever run. we've got a really good course as a baseline, and we're going to tweak it to make it as fast as the autox VPs will let us.

crop out the first 30 seconds of video on each one, none of us need to see you grid

Glad you had a good time. You're doing some things very well! Hope you keep after it and continue to improve.

Thanks for the vids! Always nice to see what I missed

I hope you don't mind some constructive criticism on your runs. =) Read #2 and #8 on the following list. Actually, the whole thing is good.

i dont have sound so its hard to judge speed (squeels ha) but it definately looks like you've gotten a lot more aggressive and a lot tighter on the cones since three events ago! awesome. also your line was pretty right on. especially out of the first sweeper into the first slolum where you wanted to enter it straight. nice

justinhomi is right. notice how in the slolums and the offsets before the lane change you sort of hesitate...jerk the wheel! hesitate... jerk the wheel!.. etc. looks like youve been watching the hackaroos

ideally that steering wheel movement should be a slower, but constant speed movement back and forth. its possible if you start turning earlier and itll allow you to have to turn the wheel less and itll be much less violent to the car/front tires so you'll be able to go even faster.

big improvement, nice!

thanks. i drove it like a beyatch last event. i'm starting to find fault w/ my "get a solid foundation and work up speed" approach. its just not aggressive enough so its wasting morning runs
