Hey ya'll....just wanted to see if anyone needed a place to sub-lease for the summer at the College Inn. It's connected to its own private bathroom and is available starting now through July 31st (2 and a half months). I pay $457 a month for rent but it is totally negotiable. The room also includes a parking spot all utilities and is walking distance to classes, has a fitness center, pool and computer lab... let me know! oh yeah and all the furniture is included (bed, dresser, desk) as well as cable, internet, and free tanning. This offer is most likely only going to work with a girl since 3 other girls live there...but the only thing you will have to share is the kitchen and living room.
