Okay so I'm curious about this...
I work at the RBC Center. For the games, the employees park in the lot next to the football staduim right behind the press boxes. There are handicap spots there that are intended for people going to a football game... obviously, the handicap spots for a hockey game are next to the RBC.
So here's my question... they're telling the employees not to use those handicap spots. If I park there can I still get a ticket? I figure, since those spots are for Carter Finley and no one is going to Carter Finley then it should be okay. 5/16/2006 9:53:12 AM |

^^^Nice try. I can hear someone in court now:
"But your Honor, I parked in the handicap parking space in front of K-Mart... no one shops at K-Mart"
Just because you aren't going to Carter Finley doesn't mean someone else (for whatever reason) isn't going. If it was ok to park there because "no one [was] going" then they would take the signs down when the stadium wasn't in use.

are you serious
do you REALLY not want to walk a little bit further?
One of these days you are going to be in a terrible accident, need those spots, and someone like you is going to take them all up, so have fun with that 5/16/2006 10:48:54 AM |

Your point is that you want to park in a handicapped spot, without a permit, and not get a ticket.
It was messed up from the beginning. 5/16/2006 11:57:25 AM |
