Chevelle is a rock band that I thought was a Christian band at one time b/c one of my high school friends had one of their CDs and practically listened to only Christian music.

If you wanna talk about generic rock bands, you don't get any better than Orbit.

I don't even know if they're together, but they made a record 6-8 years ago that's pretty tolerable...more than I can say about Chevelle or Nickelback.

Nickelback is a crap name for a band. And that one song about the photograph they play all the time makes my ears bleed.

i was Chevelle for that speedstreet thing in charlotte and it was free and I enjoyed. Also their first cd Point #1 was "engineered" by Albini and is actaully not bad. My friend was all about Chevelle before their radio hits and wouldnt shut up about them in high school.

that just means they paid albini a couple thousand bucks. anyone can get a record "engineered" by albini. and i do mean anyone. a friend of mine's band was looking into it for a while.
