where are there some art supply stores aside from Michael's and A.C. Moore? More specifically stores where the sales people actually know about the stuff they sell? 5/21/2006 12:39:25 AM |

I dislike the misleading, pushy manager (ok, maybe he's not the manager, but he acts like it and is a loud mouth) who mislead me on 2 different occasions at Jerry's Art Arama. I do still shop there sometimes for paper, though.
I prefer Askew-Taylor's for my art and some craft needs at 110 Glenwood Avenue. The prices are good, they're very helpful, and they're not a chain.

Shop at Askew. Support local business.
They carry "Golden" brand pigments that were specifically designed for the COD. 5/21/2006 9:41:12 AM |

Uhhh, I dunno where you heard this, but its the same Golden paint you can get anywhere else. They just happen to stock a few more of the strange pigments that Lope Max loves to use.5/21/2006 11:59:45 AM |

Dr. Pause mentioned in studio that "Design Cyan" was created by Golden specifically for COD. I've never seen it anywhere other than Askew.5/21/2006 2:02:30 PM |
