This is a 1997 Ford Thunderbird LX. The odometer is sitting just shy of 103K miles right now It is in great shape and has not given me the first problem in the 8 months that I have owned it. It has 3.8 V6 with the auto transmission. It has an aftermarket keyless entry system. I also installed an Alpine 8927 CD/MP3 player with an aux input. I have also ran all the wiring for a subwoofer in the trunk, but I am not including an amp or subs though. I also have the mechanical factory service manual that i will include with it
This car is an excellent cruiser, for as large a car as it is, it handle very well and rides relatively smooth. It is a very large car, it just does not feel like one. The only downside is that it does not get very good gas mileage. With a mixture of 75% city/ 25% highway, I would usually average about 17-18 mpg. I have heard that this car will do mid to high 20's with just highway, but I have not really taken it on any long trip to test this.
$3400 or best offer PM me with any offers or if you have any questions

i'm still trying to figure out where ford got this design...the early models and the latest model are awesome...this has got to be the ugliest car (aside from, perhaps, the festiva) that ford has ever put into production)
that said, it looks like it's in pretty good condition...good luck 5/27/2006 5:35:17 PM |
