how do i change the default picture viewer on my computer. whever i try to open a picture, it opens in photoshop. how do i change this to another program.

right click on any picture, go to "open with" and click "choose program"

choose your program, making sure the check box that says "always use the selected program to open this file type" is checked

click ok
