Don't get suckered into some shitty ass generic apartment complex on the wolfline.
This is a 1250 sq ft. 2BR house, within 10 min. walk to campus. Its right off Chamberlain, so in a pretty nice neighborhood (don't have to worry about your shit getting stolen).
It's got off street parking (obviously), a HUGE back yard, back deck, awesome neighbors, hardwood floors, 1.5 baths, walk-in closets, real tile, cathedral ceiling in the living room, washer/dryer, dishwasher. Gas stove/boiler/heat.
It's an absolutely awesome place to live, I'm just never home so I'm downsizing back to an Apt. I lived here by myself for a year, and loved it. If you want to rent it yourself, I can probably get the rent dropped a little.

Anything small (aka not dogs) is fine,
If you have a dog, I think a pet deposit is required. The back yard is currently only fenced on three sides, but im sure you could finish it off and have a big area for one to run around in 6/4/2006 1:27:30 PM |

the picture with the black shelf things is actually the front bedroom, it is 12.5" x 13" and the back bedroom is 13.5"x11" and has two giant sliding doors out to the backyard. Its beautiful to wake up in the morning and look out back
I have a king-size bed in the back bedroom, and it fits fine with a good bit of furniture in there too 6/4/2006 3:45:01 PM |
