I own a 3br townhouse in Cary right at the intersection of Maynard and Old Apex, about 15-20mins from campus and 25mins from RTP. I already have one roommate in a small bedroom and I am looking to rent out my larger, second room. It is currently furnished (although that can be changed), and you would be sharing a large bathroom with one person.

Rent is $490 a month and includes all utilities, wireless internet, direcTV, and a cleaning lady once a month.

We are both laid-back, neat, work 40+ hours a week and dont smoke in the house. no pets.
