Josh Sagers drives cross-country on a mission to deliver his father's birthday gift - a giant purple LazyBoy.

I've only seen about ten minutes of this movie, but it looks really good. Really well done low budget indie comedy. It's the first of the IndieWire Undiscovered Gems series (http://indiewire.com/gems/), a series of the best as-yet-undistributed independent films. After this one, I think we're doing each one on the last Wednesday of every month.

It's got 85% on RottenTomatoes and 7.8/10 on IMDB.

There's going to be a one-time showing at Galaxy Cinema on Wednesday, June 7th, at 7:15 p.m. This will likely be the only chance, outside of a film festival, that you will get to see this movie. I'm gonna be there for sure.

I saw a preview for it at some point, but it just seemed like some guys riding in a van with a chair. Oh well.

Damn, it sucks that it's a Wednesday- I haven't touched an entire chapter of my homework and it's all due tomorrow. Oh, and I have a test tomorrow, too, so I will most likely not be able to go tonight.

You guys missed a damn fine movie. It's really a testament to the quality you can get from little or no budget. Definitely check it out if it's ever available anywhere ever.
