This is for the entire apt. Very pet friendly place, close to I-40, state, meredith, and Lake Johnson. Work out room, rec room (w/ a pool table) included with apt. Utilities usually run about $110 with basic cable, internet, power and water. Great for 2 ppl looking for summer living arrangements or someone wanting to live alone.
My roommate just got married and I only have a part-time job for now, so I can't afford this, otherwise I would stay until the lease ends.
