I only need a room for Fall semester.... anything out there?

Looking for the 200-300ish range. I don't care about sharing bathrooms or who my roommates are, or how many, anything that gets me out of my parents house. And pref. within a 10min car ride to campus.

You can be an annoying and I'd still live with ya.
