We have one bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 1 bath house on the corner of Rosemont and Kilgore. 5 blocks north of d.h. hill library and two blocks from cameron village. We're both non-smokers and we keep the house pretty neat. My roommate has a small dog that is house trained and very nice. The house has washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas heat, central air, hardwood floors, front porch, fenced in back yard, driveway, and an attic. Rent is 383 per month starting July 1.
