so is this from a cable modem?

cause if so and its time warner, they dont open up the usb port, only ethernet, if they open up the usb port and ethernet it costs more money

install the drivers... sometimes you have to clear out the previous drivers first...then do about 20 reboots and eventually start working... Once this happens never shut down again..
