I had one put on my truck a few weeks ago, and I thought it was supposed to be weather-tight. Has anyone else had any problems with this tonneau? Everytime it rains, there is always water in the tailgate. 6/26/2006 12:02:05 PM |

Their website says "Weather-Tite"...
Who knows, they may have trademarked that term to mean "leaks like Niagara" or something...

yeah, i've been down to the leonard dealer who put it on 3 times now over it. they've put a bunch more rubber tape on and around it, still isn't helping. they checked the seal at the bulkhead, and pulled it out, it had been in, but its still leaking. probably gonna have it taken off if they can't figure out where either on the cover or the truck it is leaking from 6/26/2006 9:21:12 PM |

It can only be leaking at the front as the bithc overhangs all the way around, unless it has a hole in it. 6/27/2006 8:50:36 PM |

after taking it to another undercover dealer, it was determined that it was "blow-back" from the bed drains... and the owner's truck with an even newer/better cover had the same amount of water in it. so i guess i'll just deal 6/28/2006 3:38:37 PM |
