I am trying to find somebody to take over my lease for my single bedroom APT so that I can move in with some roomates. The Rent is $550/month, the lease runs until may 2007, after which you can work out a new lease with the apartment complex. I've had a great time living here, it is near crabtree valley mall just up the hill on Creedmoor rd, almost 10 minutes of driving from NCSU. The complex has a pool and a fitness center. You can move in August, pay the 550 a month for this nice apartment and live without any roomate drama in a nice quiet neighborhood. To sweeten the deal I can even give you a washer, dryer, and/or couch for free, the since the place I am moving into won't have room for that stuff anyway.

i think i went there a week ago to help my roomate get something off craigslist...they look really nice...a lot of trees and birds and nature type shit there too, pool looked really nice

The apartment is in a kinda wooded area, really quiet, I haven't had troube with crime or anything, even left stealable items on my back patio for months at a time and not had them messed with (not a smart thing to do, but I've had no problems with it in the year that I've been here). I have been contacted by a few people and I am not trying to make anything out of this deal, I just want the lease covered so I can move somewhere else, the first person who can sign the papers is the first person who gets to have the apt, I am gonna show it to people in 2 or 3 weeks depending on how fast I can get things packed.
