I would guess about 75 or 80. The Fast looks to be between 55 and 60.

I'm not. I do it all the time. However, I'm trying to get into shape to play in a league that starts soon. I need to get my timing down on faster pitching. I'm not going to go somewhere that isn't going to help me as much if there is a place that I can go that WILL help me..

That's understandable then. As far as getting out and screwing around, I'd hit on just about anything. I need to find a baseball league in the Greenville area. I've been playing a lot of civic league softball, but I miss pitching.
