Going to Chapel Hill next year for Undergrad or Grad School? I have the place for you! It's all about location location location and this townhome is right on the bus line, about a 10 min ride to campus. I just graduated from N.C. State and I will be attending Pharmacy School this fall. It is a brick two story unit with hardwood floors and a deck. It's in a quiet, small neighborhood where there are open parking spots, so guests are easy to accomidate. It's 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths with all appliances. It's also close to a pool, tennis courts, and basketball courts. It will be ready between July 15th-31st.
