Im moving to raleigh in early august because im coming back to ncsu to start grad school / get a real job / etc. There are a ton of WE NEED A ROOMMATE threads and i dont feel like going through all of them if the spot has been filled so post info in here or links to threads. My only request is for people who don't smoke in the house/apartment/condo.

Hello.... I need a roommate.

Here's the info: Rent is $237 + utilities. It's a nice duplex about a minute walk from the Belltower. 2 bdrm/1 bath, new kitchen, hardwood floors, walk up attic for storage, small front & back porch. I'm going to be buying a washer and dryer soon.

No smoking in the house. Cats and small dogs are OK as long as they are completely housebroken. There's plenty of parking. The bedroom is 10x11 with a big shared bathroom. Move in date is August 7th and you'd only have to pay half of the rent for the month.
