Six month lease is fine. The room is pretty big with a big closet. I think the measurements are 12 by 12 but I can't be sure. I will measure it tonight. The previous roommate had a queen size bed, 32 inch tv with stand, computer desk and chair, and a dresser without looking cramped.

Used to live in the room. Pretty nice size, As he said had a queen size bed, big tv and and stand, as well as a decent size desk and chair. Didn't look cramped at all. Alot of closet space. Perfect distance from campus in my opinion nice area.
