thanks at first i tried that and it only changed my reg and rec password, but now it changed my email add too...

There is no such thing as an email password or reg® password.

It's all your unity password. The same password you use for WRAP. The same password for Webmail. The same password for Webassign. The same password for Sysnews. It's the same password, and it can only be changed ^^there.
