I got a little bored and modified some existing themes to personalize my Q. Files are attached if anyone wants it.

Just Download these two files and add them to /Windows/Application Data/Home on your Moto Q. It will show up under your Home Screens.

^right click and save

My camera is acting screwy so I can't do a screen shot, but it's like this Duke one with the above image instead...

i love it...there isn't a better looking phone on the market.

as for functionality, high end blackberrys have more features and are probably easier to use, but for $200 you can't get a better deal. there is a dedicated community for the q that continue to push the limits of the "verizon problems" from some features being left out or locked up...

i love the phone so much that i wear a belt everyday just to keep it in my leather holster

i have a blackberry 8700c, and its a piece of junk. Build quality is crap. The software library is tiny compared to winCE About the only thing it does well is push email. And Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1 is full of bugs.

I guess it works ok for the limited ammount of stuff it does.

It would be hot if the Q came to cingular.

I love how the Q works, but apparently the UI is a pretty big disappointment in every regard. I've heard nothing but lackluster reviews of the phone in terms of usability.

Which REALLY sucks, because I fell in love with it when I first saw it

WM5 is a great UI, and theres a lot of support so if you don't like it just get on a website and download complete new themes that someone has written.

I have the Q. I have had it for 1.5 months. Hell yea it looks nice and is light and sleek and sexy, but I'm afraid thats it. My Q, the UI is slow, unreliable, I cannot get a signal out here at U-House (could just be Verizon), battery life doesn't last the entire day. It's on EBay now...
