Does anybody have suggestions where to find places that specialize or are willing to write out short-term (6mos) leases? Its a lot harder than it seems. 7/19/2006 3:30:29 PM |

The apts near campus dont do leases of less than 1-year in the summer for the simple reason they are hard as shit to re-lease in the middle of the school year. (no incoming students=vacant until next summer)
If you go to Cary or any other part of Raleigh most of the bigger complexes will do a shorter lease and just charger you slightly higher rent. A friend of mine actually got a 90 day lease on a nice 1 bedroom off of Strickland once, it was like $75 more a month though. 8/2/2006 2:13:12 PM |
