my living arrangements for the fall have imploded, if you find a place for me to live i will give you $50
here's what i'm looking for: a one or two bedroom apartment/house/townhouse/whatever monthly rent as close to $500 as possible, the lower the better a roommate who isn't a piece of shit, i don't care if the roommate is male or female i'd prefer a non-smoker but it isn't that big of a deal i don't mind pets as long as they shit outside a neighborhood with as few crackheads and break-ins as possible general location doesn't matter as long as i can get to campus in a reasonable amount of time
i need to move the first week of august
help me 7/19/2006 6:15:33 PM |

Try driftwood manor... Wolfline, pool, quiet area, 2 miles from campus, and all for 500-700 a month... depending on which apartment you get.
600 will get you 1100 SqFt. , 2 bed, 1.5 bath.
Can be seen here... http://www.gooffcampus.com/Subdivisions/subs.php?SubID=1
If that doesnt work for you, here are some other listings at NCSU...

If you can find a roommate, try Trinity Commons. Can get a fairly large apartment (1446 sqft for 2 bed/2 bath apt), if you like football it's close to the stadium, nice area so you don't have to worry about your car getting broken into. 7/20/2006 8:10:09 PM |

By the way, Ivy Chase also has: full size washers and dryers in every apartment a dishwasher full size refrigerator a patio you get your own bathroom with a tub in it and your closet is a walk-in closet
One of the two rooms are bigger, that's why rent for this room is $465 I live in the bigger one and it is well worth the rent Hit me back if you actually want to come check out the place! 7/21/2006 10:42:03 AM |
