what a crappy opinion piece this is. Penn State has one of the most notable, and classic looking uniforms out there. besides the block S on the helmet, we have a very comparable uniform to them. white helmet with a thin colored stripe down the middle. home uniform is usually colored jersey on white pants, and away uniform is white jersey on white pants. now are you gonna tell me that Penn State's uniforms are ugly, and crappy. what a load of bs this is. best uniform is one of the stupidest debates out there b/c more than likely a person is gonna have a team that is their favorite and will rate their rival team or another hated opponent lower, no matter whether the uniform has a pink fairy on the helmet or whether it has the most badass logo ever.

this was in reference to FSU's helmet. well few people know this but FSU did not come up with that spear design. they took it from some other small college up north. i saw this on a message board when it was discussed Central Michigan had it in 1973, but later changed after 1988. FSU did not have it until 1976.
