I signed up for it. My girlfriend's dad is always talking about golfing and I don't think I've played since 10th grade, so why the hell not. I wonder if anyone had any experience with it?

I took it over the summer 6 years ago. A third of the class were football players. Koren Robinson, Brian Williams, Adrian Wilson, and J.J. Washington. That made for an interesting summer class haha.

It's a fun class, and you don't have to dress out for it. Are you taking it for credit only or a grade?

i took golf w/ Shannon, i had a lot of fun, and actually got to be decent not that i have used it too much I took it credit only just because some of the distances were hard for me to do...also the exams had some tricky questions...but worth taking!

^if you're gonna pay $300+ or however much a class is to audit it why don't you just take a handful of lessons...that would probably be much more efficient and beneficial if you just wanna get better

I took it with Paul (i think his last name was powers). If you've played golf before, then i would take it for a grade. I got an A and my roomate got an A+, both of us play maybe once or twice a year.

The only semi-difficult part is the iron skills test.

I'm thinking of auditing this one and this is probably a stupid question, but I'm curious where you put your clubs if you have a class right after this one? Or are clubs provided?

^^they give you clubs to use...you can bring your own if you are more comfortable w/ them though but you would probably have to take them with you i dont know if there is somewhere to keep them during your other class.

honestly you will probably be one of the better people in the class for having played before taking the class...i never really played golf ever til then, and you could tell who in the class had experience with it from day one

i had it with kidd, it was mad fun, i took it for a grade, got an A

you'll have a lot of fun, and all that practice will help you learn
