So I searched through all the other threads about wisdom teeth but couldn't find anything on the cost. The reason I ask is, I just recently started a new job and after briefly looking over the insurance stuff, it looks like, as far as the dental aspect is concerned, only covers cleanings and such the first year. Three of my wisdom teeth grew in perfectly fine, but one of them has been really bugging me the last week or so. I'm sure it would depend on who I went to and if I was put under or just general anesthetic, but I'm just looking for general ballpark figures. Unless someone else has been in this situation. 7/25/2006 9:42:18 AM |

in my case, each tooth was between ~$200-$300 to remove. Luckily, I only had two. Twilight anesthesia was another ~$300 on top of that. With insurance, I only paid ~$180 out of my pocket.
Which dental insurance do you have? 7/25/2006 9:57:38 AM |
