it's not a drunk fest. it's more of a music/art/hippie fest. If anything, Asheville is a nice city to hang out in for a couple days.
As for me, look for the fat slow guy running the 5k, finishing several minutes behind my skinny athletic wife.

bele chere was a lot of fun when i was a little kid, if you've never been you'll probably have a good time, but i have to be getting really drunk to enjoy it anymore. they just started this shit where you have to pay to see the headliners a year or 2 ago, not that i would go see train anyways.
