Toyota used to.
Isuzu used to (under their name and also rebadged as a Chevy LUV)
You used to be able to get the Chevy S10 with the Isuzu 2.2L diesel. I've only seen one though.
Mazda sold one as well.
You could get the Ford Ranger with a diesel...Mazda's diesel of course.
