So my little bro recently bought a '94 Integra that has alread been fairly modded. The gauges in it were crap, so he bought a cluster on eBay. The problem is that that cluster has 85000 miles on it whereas his car has 140k or so. Does anyone know how to roll up the odo, or know where I can find info on how to? 8/2/2006 1:34:41 PM |

Most people just do a mileage disclosure on the title when they sell the car saying "cluster replaced at xxxxxx mileage, replacement cluster indicated xxxxxx mileage at replacement" or whatever. 8/2/2006 1:48:11 PM |

Just do a ferris bueller and set it up on cinder blocks and run it wide open until it reaches 140K 8/2/2006 4:30:26 PM |

Couldn't you just hook a cordless drill to it and go? 8/2/2006 6:14:06 PM |

you can leave it but the DMV will reissue your title as "not actual miles" 8/2/2006 7:01:57 PM |

I think the DMV will only issue an "not actual mile" if the car is less than 10 years old. Since it's a 94 Teg, I say no worry. 8/2/2006 10:18:57 PM |

rolling the odometer forward is easy, what about rolling it back? My cluster says 160 K, but my car really has 112K. 8/3/2006 10:52:10 AM |
