The last AMD CPU I bought already had the compound. I haven't opened my new 4600+ yet though.

i always scrape it off and put on premium silver compound... but that's just me, i don't like to gamble especially with amd's because they can get so hot.

i had some artic silver from '84 in a box somewhere. i'll try to find it, but if not i'll use whatever it comes with then. whatevv

comparably speaking perhaps, but they still get hot. i don't like to gamble.

AMD already provides some compound, but its not the best....IT will definitely do the job though

If you OC than obviously go with AS5
