I've outgrown the apartment life and am moving into a house with a garage so I can use all my power tools (serious). I love this apartment so much but I've got to let it go:

What:
*$695/mo + $695 security
*2 bedroom, 1 bath
*5 months left on the lease (Dec 31, 2006) then you can go month to month
*wood floors
*3rd floor walkup (I guess that's not really a perk but the view is great)
*Giant windows in all rooms (frosted window in shower too)
*Heat pump (cheap elec. bills, even in summer)
*Well-landscaped courtyard and gardens (tenants can maintain the gardens if they want to, like as a hobby)
*Plenty of storage in the basement for extra crap (like bikes)
*Laundry room for tenants just a couple buildings over
*Convenience store in Morgan St. (they have a really good beer selection) just across the street
*Very pet friendly (everyone seems to have 2 big dogs and they run around in the courtyard and play all the time)

Where:
*Located on corner of Hillsborough and Snow Ave. (across from St. Mary's School)
*10 minute walk to Belltower, 20 minute walk to Brickyard, 12 minute bike ride to Centennial
*2 minute walk to Jackpot / IHOP (I dunno, I consider that the best perk)
