I am getting a ton of spam emails through my ncsu account that contain subjects like: Re: tikekVzlAGRA and Re: rylyaRExPLICA. The body of the email is a bunch of wierd jibberish. I have tried a million different filters but the domain of the email and subject are always the different so it doesn't work that great. I don't know how else to block these e-mails, anyone else having this problem?

Blocking by domain generally doesn't work. Use the X-Spam-level header in PureMessage:
http://www.ncsu.edu/it/essentials/email_messaging/pure_message/index.html
