I'm not sure whether to post this in here or in tech talk, but....

the receiver in my car went out last night for no reason. It's not just that the CD player doesn't work....the damn thing isn't getting power at all. It's fairly new, so I would be really upset if the actual reciever broke this quickly.

help plz

did you check the fuse in the back? check for power at the plug?

no, I haven't yet

I haven't quite figured out how to remove my dash to check that yet

I'm someone that you might call 'car tarded'
