It sticks? Like the pedal sticks to the floor?

on mine, when you press it down it goes down really easily, it's very loose. usually it's pretty tight. then when i try to put it into any gear, it won't go in, i have to stay in neutral. cut the car off, wait a little bit, and it works.

but it does it intermittantly, like 2 or 3 times in one day, then it's fine for a couple of days, then it'll do it again, then it's fine, it's very confusing.

what year integra? does it have a hydraulic clutch? if so, you may want to try bleeding it.

^ that sounds like it could be the slave cylinder

95 integra, i looked through message boards for similar problems and they also said either master or slave cylindar (i have no idea what either of those things are). would that be an expensive part?

seapunky...

I'd be willing to bet that it's the clutch master cylinder. It's not really hard to replace (two nuts, one line nut, a hairpin, and a pin, and then bleeding the thing).

Unfortunately, the part is between 80 to 110 dolla.
